Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of InvoiceMate, including the mobile application, related websites, cloud sync features, paid plans, and support services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using InvoiceMate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use InvoiceMate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, verification codes, and devices used to access the service.

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Service Description

InvoiceMate helps users manage business workspaces, invoices, clients, expenses, attachments, templates, and optional cloud synchronization. Some features are free and some are available only under an active paid plan.

The service is provided as a productivity tool. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

4. Paid Plans and Billing

Certain features, including advanced sync and multi-business management, may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing cycles, and entitlements are shown at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed by the app store or payment provider handling your purchase.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant platform.
  • We may change pricing for future billing periods where permitted by law.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the business information, files, attachments, and other content you upload or create in InvoiceMate. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

  • You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions related to your content.
  • You should keep your own backups of important records.
  • You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse InvoiceMate. This includes, without limitation:

  • Attempting to access other users' data without authorization.
  • Uploading malicious code, harmful files, or deceptive content.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the service beyond lawful use.
  • Using the service to violate privacy, fraud, tax, sanctions, or consumer laws.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of InvoiceMate at any time. We aim to maintain reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

InvoiceMate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for every business, compliance, or tax scenario.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of InvoiceMate.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
