  • Provide and maintain InvoiceMate.
  • Sync your workspaces and files across devices when sync is enabled.
  • Process subscriptions, entitlements, and restore purchases.
  • Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.

3. Cloud Storage and Sync

If you enable cloud sync, InvoiceMate may store your workspace data and uploaded files with third-party infrastructure providers used by the service. This may include databases, object storage, authentication systems, and subscription management providers.

4. Files and Attachments

Files you upload, including receipts, logos, and client images, may be stored locally on your device and, where applicable, uploaded to cloud storage to support sync and media access across devices.

5. Payments and Subscription Data

Purchases are processed by the app platform or payment provider you use. InvoiceMate may receive entitlement, transaction status, and customer subscription metadata needed to unlock or manage paid features. InvoiceMate does not directly store your full payment card details.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

  • With service providers that help operate authentication, storage, sync, analytics, subscriptions, or support.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of InvoiceMate, our users, or others.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. Local data may remain on your device until you delete the app or remove the relevant workspace or file.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

Depending on your use of the service, you may be able to:

  • Update or delete content from within the app.
  • Disable cloud sync.
  • Cancel subscriptions through the relevant app marketplace.

10. Children's Privacy

InvoiceMate is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
