Account Deletion
You can delete your InvoiceMate account data directly in the app, or contact us by email if you would like us to process the deletion request.
Delete your account and data
Deletion is permanent. InvoiceMate removes associated user records and uploaded cloud files from Supabase instead of soft-deleting them.
- Open InvoiceMate and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings, then open Account.
- In Danger Zone, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt to permanently delete your account data and sign out.
You can also email steve.dev.1024@gmail.com with the subject "InvoiceMate Account Deletion". Please send the request from the email address linked to your InvoiceMate account.
InvoiceMate permanently deletes user records associated with your account, including business profiles, clients, invoices, invoice items, templates, categories, expenses, subscriptions, and uploaded files such as logos, client avatars, receipts, and documents.
In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Email deletion requests are completed within 7 days after the request is received.
